  • Provide interim compliance leadership or mentorship for compliance leaders.
  • Support efforts to recruit a compliance executive.
  • Find solutions to supply chain, pharmacy, 340B Program, or lackluster compliance cultures.
  • Improve compliance with requirements in case management, utilization management, and clinical operations.
  • Apply Medicare/Medicaid rules and requirements to clinical operations.
  • Help to manage conflicts of interest.
  • Support a compliant physician compensation process.
  • Develop and operationalize integrated policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement compliance education and training objectives.
  • Charter and kick-off organizational compliance committee(s).
  • Comply with Section 1557, CLAS Standards, and non-discrimination guidance.
